1. What is the best part about being a Griff?
The best part about being a griff is the extra-curricular experience that not many people on campus get to have, also it is awesome to be able to train at such a high level of competition, and for these reasons it is an honor.

2. What has been your favorite moment as a Canisius student-athlete?
My favorite moment was when I was able to be the Little Three champion my sophomore year when the meet was at Delaware Park, which is my home course.

3. What is your favorite part of Buffalo?
I was born and raised here so I love a lot of things about my hometown, but my favorite part of Buffalo is Mighty Taco. (Don't tell my coach)

4. How did you get started running?
My dad told me when I started high school that I needed to get involved in something and if I didn't he would enroll me in chess club. I had a good friend who was a runner, so he encouraged me to go to the Track and Field pre-season meeting. So I did and I trained hard and got to where I am.

5. Do you have a pre-meet routine or tradition and if so, what is it?
I usually listen to music and I eat a bagel with peanut butter for breakfast.

6. What was your favorite childhood TV show?
Either Rugrats or Catdog.

7. Who is your favorite place to run?
My favorite place to run is Stiglmier Park in Cheektowaga.

5. What is your favorite quote or phrase?
"Run fast and turn left." - David Sardo

9. If you could pick any place in the world to run, where would it be?
I would do a few laps around the Colosseum in Rome.

10. What is one interesting fact that people may not know about you?
I can say the greek alphabet in six seconds.
