1. What is the best part about being a Griff?
Being a part of a team, especially my team. I cannot say how lucky I am to be surrounded by the girls I am everyday. Nothing's better than working hard with your teammates towards a common goal.

2. What has been your favorite moment as a Canisius student-athlete?
Scoring the gamewinner in overtime against Loyola my sophomore year. My whole family was there which was huge for me. Not only was it the first time we have beat them in our program's history, I also had the most embarrassing celebration in program history.

3. What three words would you use to describe yourself?
Independent, competitive, and sarcastic.

4. What is your favorite part of Buffalo?
The people no question.

5. Do you have a nickname? Is there a story behind it?
Karl. My sister Kelsey has called me Karl since we were little and it just stuck with my friends and family back home. Luckily it hasn't followed me here.

6. What is one interesting fact that people may not know about you?
My real name is Emily but I started going by my middle name Keil, which overtime changed to Keily to be more feminine. So basically I go by a fake name.

7. What was your favorite childhood toy?
Anything you could throw or kick; whether a soccer ball, lax ball, or tennis ball. I could sit for hours kicking or throwing a ball against a wall.

8. What was your favorite childhood TV show?
I am going to have to say either Nickelodeon's, "Global Guts" or "Legends of the Hidden Temple."

9. Do you have any pre-game routine or ritual and if so, what is it?
I have to talk to my dad before every game whether via text or phone and he always tells me to "play like a champion." I don't think he's missed one game since I was like 10 when it started. I also crack my neck before every kickoff.

10. Why did you choose to attend Canisius?
I just felt the program fit what I was looking for both academically and athletically.
