The Canisius College Baseball program will host its 2015 summer baseball camp on July 13-16 at the Demske Sports Complex on campus of Canisius College. The camp is aimed for players age nine through 15.
The cost for each camper is $170 for the week and the camp will run 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., Monday through Thursday. All participants will receive a camp T-shirt, and the participants will be divided into age groups to ensure camp participants will be working with similar age and ability levels.
The Golden Griffins Baseball Camps are designed to teach young players in the various aspects of the game. The younger ages will be introduced to proper mechanics necessary to provide a solid skill set. Older participants will be able to receive proper instruction, which will enhance their present skill level. Instruction emphasis will be placed on the fundamentals of each facet of the game. Instruction will be designed to suit the needs of each individual player.
