2012 Season

• Named to the All-MAAC Second Team
• Named to the All-Tournament Team at the MAAC Championship for the second consecutive year
• Made 16 appearances on the season, including 14 starts
• Took over the No. 1 spot of the rotation at the start of conference play. Canisius went 5-2 in game one of MAAC series in games starter by Cortright
• Tied for second in the MAAC with six victories and also ranked second in the conference with 76 strikeouts
• Averaged 7.00 strikeouts per nine innings, recording six or more strikeouts in seven starts
• Allowed three or fewer earned runs in 11 of 14 starts
• Went at least six innings in 10 of final 11 starts
• Went eight innings in first round of MAAC Championship, allowing one run on five hits while striking out six
• Threw two scoreless innings of relief in the final game of the MAAC Championship
• Had an ERA of 2.20 in innings one through four

2011 Season

• Appeared in 15 games, making 11 starts
• In four MAAC starts, went 2-1 with a 3.04 ERA, recording 14 strikeouts in 20.2 innings
• Went 7.1 innings, allowing three runs and six hits to pick up win in elimination game over Rider in MAAC Championship
• Named to the All-Tournament Team at the MAAC Championship
• Earned a weekend start in each of the last four weeks of the regular season
• Had a 1.50 ERA in innings one through three
• Named MAAC Pitcher of the Week after first weekend of regular season. Allowed one walk and five hits (all singles) in 7.2 innings against Creighton

Before Canisius

• Played three years at Frontier High School
• Named First-Team All-Western New York in 2009 and Fifth-Team All-State
• Named Second-Team All-WNY in 2010 and Seventh-Team All-State at Class AA level
• As a senior, went 7-0 with a 2.21 ERA, 65 strikeouts in 53 innings pitched
