Durham's Layup Named ECAC Play of the Week

The last-second layup from junior Ashley Durham was named the ECAC Play of the Week on Thursday. The winning play was determined by fan voting that ran from Tuesday afternoon until Thursday morning.

Durham received 277 votes to earn 31 percent of the vote. Stefan Thompson from Alvernia received 29 percent of the vote (256 votes) after making eight 3-pointers in the team's win.

Durham's layup with 0.9 seconds left gave Canisius a 58-57 win, and the Griffs hung on for the one-point victory over rival Niagara University on Saturday night.
