Caitlin Long
Position: Assistant Coach
Alma Mater: Niagara '11

Caitlin Long enters her first year as an assistant women's soccer coach at Canisius College. A 2011 graduate of Niagara University, Long completed her bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice. She is currently pursuing her Master's of Sport Administration at Canisius.

A native of Buffalo, N.Y., Long played four seasons for Niagara University. Long was a part of a senior class that won 42 games in four years, appeared in two MAAC Tournaments and advanced to the 2009 MAAC Championship game. Long earned a spot on the MAAC Conference All-Freshman Team, and was named a team captain for her senior season.

In addition to coaching at Canisius, Long coaches the U-15 Empire United Buffalo girls team as well as the '00 girls team for the Olympic Development Program. In 2012, Long completed her second season as the Genesee Community College head women's soccer coach. She currently holds her USSF National D license.
