Tim Seil
Position: Academic Advisor for Athletics

Alma Mater: Canisius '11

Seil is in his second year as a Graduate Assistant for Academic Support Services for Athletes. A former member of the Griffs' baseball program, Seil oversees men's basketball, golf, hockey, baseball, women's lacrosse,volleyball, softball and men's soccer.

Originally from Rochester, N.Y., Seil attended Monroe Community College for two years while he captained the baseball team to back-to-back Division II Junior College World Series. Seil then came to Canisius where he played for the baseball team in 2011 and 2012, making 25 career-appearances and leading the team in saves in 2011.

Seil is currently in the master's of sport administration program after receiving his undergraduate degree in physical education and health.

He was the recipient of the Canisius Athletics Community Service Award during the 2011-12 school year.
