Golf Takes Third At Little Three

The Canisius College golf team opened its season with a third place finish at the Little Three Tournament at Pine Acres Golf Club in Bradford, Pa. Corey Lindner, who tied for fourth, led the way for the Griffs with a two-over par 74. Six other Griffs finished in the top 20 including Drew Creighton, who tied for sixth with a three-over 75, Ryan Lydon, tied for 11th with a five-over 77.

The Griffs return to action Sept. 9, at the Colgate Invitational tournament in Hamilton, N.Y.
