Nick Moore is entering his sixth season as a member of the Golden Griffin women’s basketball program and fifth year as an assistant coach. Moore works with the development of the team’s backcourt players, which featured an All-MAAC First-Team selection in 2013, the first All-MAAC First-Team selection of a Golden Griffin in four years. Moore also assists with the day-to-day operations of the program. During his first season in 2010-11, Moore served as the graduate student manager and joined the women's basketball staff in the summer of 2010 after graduating from the SUNY Fredonia with a Bachelor of Arts in history.
Moore spent two seasons at Fredonia as an assistant coach with the women's basketball program under coach Donna Wise. Moore was responsible for recruiting, on-court coaching with the guards and also arranged the team's travel. Fredonia reached the SUNYAC playoffs in 2010. Moore coached all-conference players in each of his two seasons on the staff at Fredonia. Moore's dad Kevin is the head coach of the school's men's basketball program.
Moore is pursuing his Master's degree in sport administration and lives in Buffalo.
