Alaina Hill enters her third year as assistant coach with the Golden Griffins. A 2007 graduate of the College, Hill earned four consecutive ECAC and Regional Championships as a part of the synchronized swimming team.

In her junior year, Hill finished second in the trio event at the ECAC Championship and was a member of the first-place squad at the East Regionals. As a sophomore, she was a member of the first-place team and trio at the 2005 ECAC Championship and the East Regional.

Prior to competing at Canisius, Hill was a member of the Buffalo Swimkins for nine years. At the Empire State Games, she captured 10 medals, including seven golds. On the national level, she placed in the top ten on numerous occasions. At the National Age Group meet, she placed second in the duet event, third in the trio event, and fourth in the team event. Her team also placed fourth in the team event at the U.S. Open Competition.
