Sophomore Audrey Mulhisen and junior Eddie Quarantilo swept the MAAC Diver of the Week honors, the conference announced on Wednesday.
It's the third time this season that Quarantillo has earned the weekly award. For the sixth-consecutive meet Quarantillo won the 3-meter dive, posting a score of 310.75 on the high board in the Griffs 175-116 win over Fredonia on Saturday. Quarantillo also won the 1-meter dive in the meet with a score of 281.00, marking the fourth time this season that he has taken the top-spot on both boards.
The award is the second time Mulhisen has been honored this season. She posted a 259.30 in the 3-meter dive against Fredonia, which is just 0.10 shy of her own school record in the event. It was the second time this season that she has placed first on the high board. Mulhisen also dove to a second place finish in the 1-meter event, posting a score of 231.10.
Mulhisen, Quarantillo and the Griffs return to action on Saturday, Jan. 11 at home against Gannon. That meet is scheduled for 11 a.m.
