Michelle L. Corrigan ('94) -
A four-year pitcher for the women's softball team, Corrigan held the single-season record for complete games with 20 in 1992. A MAAC first-team selection in 1993 and 1994, Corrigan was a member of the 1993 and 1994 MAAC Regular Season and Tournament Championship team, including a NCAA tournament berth in 1994. Corrican holds the career complete games record with 74, as well as the records for career wins (74), shutouts (31), innings (568) and ERA (0.84). Over four years, Corrigan pitched five no-hitters, a career record, and ranks first in career strikeouts with 515. She is also the single season strikeout leader with 175 in 1992. In 1993 Corrigan earned the single-season ERA record with 0.57, as well as Second Team Northeast Regional All-American honors. The career leader for most starts, Corrigan also excelled in the classroom and was named to the CoSIDA Academic Second Team All-American in 1993 and 1994.
