*Joseph Dudzick '38 - Joe Dudzick was a 6-11 basketball player under Coach Allie Seelbach. He began with a strong showing on the freshman team in 1934. He was stationed under the basket to knock away shots and this practice helped the Griffs upset a strong Marquette club 44-42 in 1938. At the end of that season, the practice of goaltending was outlawed. Dudzick later entered politics and served as a city councilman for 12 years and city assessor for 16 years.
