Kristy Wilensky
Position: Academic Advisor for Athletics
Hometown: Syracuse, N.Y.
Alma Mater: Canisius '12

Wilensky enters her first year as a Graduate Assistant of Academic Support Services for Athletes. A former member of the women's lacrosse team, Wilensky works with women's basketball, men's and women's cross country, men's lacrosse, women's soccer, synchronized swimming, men's and women's swimming and diving, and rowing.

A native of Syracuse, N.Y. Wilensky was a four-year letterwinner for the women's lacrosse, where she was a member of back-to-back MAAC Championship teams in 2011 and 2012.

Upon graduating, Wilensky taught health and physical education at Tapestry Charter School through Americorps.

She's currently the Assistant Coach for the women's lacrosse varsity team at Amherst High School. She also interns with the Buffalo Bills.
