The Canisius College swimming and diving team will compete in its final regular season contest of the season on Saturday when the Griffs square off with longtime rival Niagara.

Canisius comes into the meet having swept two-straight dual meets, with the men boasting an 8-2 overall record and the women at 6-4. The Niagara women are 0-6 in duals and the men are 3-3.

The Griffs are seven days removed from sweeping Gannon, a meet which led to freshman Wyatt Sintay and junior Marissa Oakey earning MAAC Swimmer of the Week honors.

Oakey and Sintay were two of five Griffs to win multiple events in the meet. Sophomores Spencer Bray, and Clare Battaglia as well as freshman Hannah Graesser were the other Griffs to claim multiple wins.

The meet will also serve as the Griffs' senior day, with 13 members of the program being honored during their final regular season meet.

Canisius has swept Niagara in each of the last two meetings between the teams, and will look to continue that at 10 a.m. on Saturday at the Burt Flickenger Center.
