Limited Tickets Remain for Canisius - Niagara Game

The Canisius College ticket office announced today that a limited number of tickets are still available for the Canisius-Niagara game in the Koessler Athletic Center on Wednesday, Jan. 22. As of Jan. 8, only 150 tickets are left for purchase for Western New York's premier college rivalry game.

Tickets can be purchased by phone by calling the Canisius ticket office at (716) 888-2885, online through and Ticketmaster, or in person at the Canisius ticket office, which is located in the main lobby of the Koessler Athletic Center. Ticket office hours are Monday - Friday, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

The game between the Golden Griffins and the Purple Eagles will be the 173rd all-time meeting since the series began Dec. 1, 1904.

Canisius is 9-6 overall and 3-1 in MAAC play this season. The Blue and Gold is 4-0 at home this season and the team returns home for the first time in the 2014 calendar year this weekend with a 16-4 mark at home in its last 20 dates. Canisius will host Rider Jan. 10, at 7 p.m., and close out the weekend with MAAC-newcomer Monmouth on Jan. 12.
