Men's Lacrosse Prepares for NCAA Tournament

The Canisius College men's lacrosse team arrived in Baltimore on Friday and held one final practice for its NCAA Tournament contest on the campus of Loyola College. The Griffs and top-seeded Greyhounds are set to meet on Saturday at 5 p.m. with the contest to air on ESPNU and ESPN3.

The Griffs (6-7) earned a bid to the NCAA Tournament by winning the program's second MAAC Championship. Third-seeded Canisius recorded wins against No. 2 Detroit, 12-10, and top-seeded Siena, 10-9, en route to the title.

Loyola (14-1) is making ts 18th trip to the NCAA Tournament and earned its spot by winning the ECAC Championship. The Greyhounds defeated Denver and Fairfield en route to the conference's automatic bid.
