During his time with the Golden Griffins, Lalley has helped three players earn four All-MAAC selections. He guided Simon Giourmetakis to first-team all-conference accolades in 2011 and 2012, becoming just the fourth player in the program's history to garner first-team honors on two occasions. In addition, midfielder Tim Edwards collected 2012 MAAC Rookie of the Year accolades to go along with second-team all-conference honors.
Prior to joining the Griffs coaching staff in 2009, Lalley played four seasons at Ohio State. In 45 career games with the Buckeyes, the midfielder totaled 14 points, nine goals, five assists and eight ground balls. Lalley was also a two-year starter at Orchard Park High School, earning All-America, first-team All-Western New York and first-team All-ECIC honors.
A three-time Academic All-Big Ten Selection, Lalley graduated from Ohio State with his bachelor's degree in consumer affairs with a minor in business and a concentration in coaching. He earned his master's in sport administration from Canisius in 2011 and is currently pursing his master's in physical education.
