Canisius College women’s lacrosse head coach Scott Teeter named senior Maria Kotas and juniors Tori Greco, Tori Quinn and Casey Depauw as team captains for the 2014 season.

“We will rely on the leadership from our four captains and their experiences of winning MAAC Championships to help us defend our conference title,” Teeter said. “All four girls bring tremendous leadership to our program both on and off the field and are a great representation of Canisius College. As we continue to advance our program, this group has all the qualities to lead us in the right direction and help us take the next step.”

Quinn was named MAAC Offensive Player of the Year and earned First Team All-MAAC honors for her performance and was also named to the IWLCA All-West/Mid-West Region Second Team.

Quinn ranked third in the MAAC with 2.67 goals per game and second with 1.68 assists per game in 2013. Quinn also scored a school record six game winning goals.
