After arriving on campus over six months ago, Canisius College rowing head coach Joel Furtek is satisfied with the transformation of his roster since day one. Recently, the Golden Griffins concluded their spring training session and will now focus on the start of the upcoming season.

In this installment, coach Furtek discusses the progress of the team as they prepare for their inaugural season in the MAAC. Also, junior Bridget Laczewski explains the mental and physical preparation the team has concentrated on for their first race at the Sacred Heart Invitational on Mar. 31 - Apr. 1.
