2002: Played in three games before injuring his foot... Scored three goals while tallying six assists... Grabbed 10 ground balls... Won 49 percent of his face-offs... Picked up a goal and four assists in loss to Cornell (3/12)... Had two goals and an assist in win at VMI (2/24)... Was named to MAAC All-Academic Team.

2001: Led team for second-straight season in ground balls with 78... Ranked 14th in the nation in ground balls-per-game with (6.5)... Started in eight of 12 games played... Scored 21 goals and added 19 assists for 40 points, third on the team.

2000: Named All-MAAC at midfield... Led the team in scoring with 47 points... Set a single-season school record with 139 ground balls... Was ranked 1st in the nation in ground balls per game (10.69)... Won 56.6 percent of face-off attempts (141/249)... Tied the single-game school record for face-off wins with 18 against Quinnipiac (3/26), Providence (4/12) and Siena (4/16)... Tied the single-game record for assists with seven against Wagner (4/8)... Was named MAAC Player of the Week (4/10)... Was named MAAC Rookie of the Week (3/27).

Before Canisius: Played on the Canadian National Team and scored seven points (5G, 2A) during the Under-19 World Games... Received the Team Canada Spirit of Lacrosse Award for contributions made to the game... Was a Provincials All-Star and team MVP for the Vancouver Men's Field Lacrosse Club... Played "box" lacrosse for the Burnaby Junior "A" Lakers and earned Most Improved Player honors in 1999... Attended Hugh Boyd Secondary School and was a three-time letter winner in football and basketball... Earned Conference MVP and Provincial All-Star honors in football after setting school records in sacks and tackles.

Personal: The son of Ellis and Maureen Miyashita, Mark is an education major at Canisius.
