The Canisius College baseball program will be hosting its 2013 summer baseball camp on July 22-25, at the Demske Sports Complex on the campus of Canisius College. They are open to all baseball players ages nine through 15.
Enrollment is limited and each camp has a cost of $170 per camper. The camp will run from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday through Thursday. All participants will receive a camp T-shirt, and the participants will be divided into age groups to ensure camp participants will be working with similar age and ability levels.
The Golden Griffins Baseball Camps are designed to teach young players in the various aspects of the game. The younger ages will be introduced to proper mechanics necessary to provide a solid skill set. Older participants will be able to receive proper instruction, which will enhance their present skill level. Instruction emphasis will be placed on the fundamentals of each facet of the game. Instruction will be designed to suit the needs of each individual player.
